7:30am: I slept over in my centre preparing notes for my Awesome students. Woke up early to meet my secondary school clique of friends for swimming. Guess where? On the tower top of Suntec City. It’s a cool place to swim on a Thursday morning.
9:00am: As I walked pass the heavy traffic of people scurrying to work. Here I was, in my berms, having breakfast at Hans.
10:00am: My friends had left me for work. I had to think of what to do next. So I decided to walk through Citylink to get onboard the MRT to go to Orchard. Its an interesting thing to observe that I was the only one walking in the opposite direction while the rest of the people were all heading in the other.. of course to work.
10:15am: I headed for Kinokuniya bookstore in Taka. And spent about half an hour browsing through some architectural and tennis magazines. Then I bought a few books.
11:00am: Since it was still early, I decided that I could have tea and some dessert at my all-time favourite café- Coffee club. Spent some quiet time with myself, indulging myself with an unknown passion I have for- tennis magazines. And my favourite dessert- Chocolate Delice, was simply Awesome!
1230pm: Went walking around Taka, and got myself a few shirts. Everywhere also says SALE.
130pm: Headed for California gym. Today is running day. Ran on the thread mill for an hour. Had a nice bath and was ready for the day.
330pm: Back at Annexe-project centre. Ready for my first lesson.
Actually the life of a tutor is really not that bad. And I’m not joking, there are really some students that can always bring a smile to my face whenever I’m weary.
